Linda Loaiza Lopez: I will refute each and every one of the offenses against me

Venpres (Ludovico Quiñones): At the beginning of the third hearing in the trial of Luis Carrera Almoina charged with assault against Linda Loaiza Lopez, the alleged victim claimed that she would refute each and every one of the offenses against her morals ... and will push for a defamation trial against her accusers.

The process against the so-called “Los Palos Grandes Monster” has begun, in Metropolitan Caracas Judicial Penal Circuit 20 court, under Judge Rosa Cadiz.  Carrera Almoina' father, Gustavo Carrera Damas has also been charged with alleged obstruction of justice and Leyda Reina Torres as an accessory.

Carrera Almoina began to testify on September 6, requesting a deferral tp September 7 "because he felt depressed" ... he appeared again the next day when Loaiza Lopez began to testify.  Loaiza Lopez said that she would energetically request the maximum penalty for her aggressor for the crimes with which he has been charged, including torture.

  • Carrera Almoina’s claimed that other people were responsible for Loaiza Lopez' injuries ... she testified that the accused's version of events are completely false.

On claims by Carrera Almoina that she is a prostitute, Loaiza Lopez told the court “it is absolutely false, and my attorney will press charges for defamation on all the persons who have referred to me in that manner.” The case continues with Loaiza Lopez claiming that Luis Carrera Almoina kidnapped and tortured her repeatedly in a Los Palos Grandes apartment.

Our editorial statement reads:
VHeadline.com Venezuela is a wholly independent e-publication promoting democracy in its fullest expression and the inalienable right of all Venezuelans to self-determination and the pursuit of sovereign independence without interference. Our stance is decidedly pro-governance (defined as being contrary to anarchy) and pro-government to the extent that we support all and any government policies aimed at consolidating and improving the living conditions and future prosperity of ALL Venezuelans, regardless of race, color or creed. We also seek to shed an international spotlight on nefarious practices and corruption which, for decades, has strangled this South American nation's development and progress. In every respect VHeadline Venezuela's declared editorial bias is most definitely pro-Constitutional, pro-Democracy and pro-VENEZUELA.
